What’s the difference between Rock Candy and The Candy Shop?

Rock Candy makes the holds. The Candy Shop is our online storefront where you can order from Rock Candy and other brands in one place: one cart, one payment, one shipment.

How do I place an order?

Just head to The Candy Shop, add what you need, and check out. You can mix holds, volumes, and hardware from multiple brands in a single order.

How long does it take to ship?

Most orders ship within 10 business days. Large gym orders or anything that includes volumes may take a bit longer. If an item is made at another facility (like Mimic or EP Macros), it’ll ship separately and we’ll keep you posted.

Do you offer discounts for gyms or bulk orders?

Yep. Approved gyms get Rock Candy discount tiers across the entire order, even for other brands in The Candy Shop. Don’t have an account yet? Apply here.

Can I order from outside the U.S.?

Yes! Check out our Distributor Information.

Do you sell hardware?

Yep. You can grab bolts by the set or save by buying in bulk directly through The Candy Shop.

How do I clean or maintain my holds?

Use a soft brush, warm water, and mild detergent.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us an email at ____@rockcandyholds.com with photos of the issue. We’ll sort out replacements quickly.

Do you sponsor setters or gyms?

Where are Rock Candy holds made?

All of our holds are designed, shaped, and manufactured in Ohio.

Can I get marketing assets or photos for my gym?

Absolutely. We’re happy to share product images, brand assets, or help feature your routes on our socials.

Can I request custom colors or textures?

Shoot us a message. We can often accommodate custom colors or finish requests depending on production timing.
